1. Refund Eligibility
At Tforo, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fair business practices. Refunds will only be issued in the following specific circumstance:
- Failed Payments: If a payment is deducted from your account but fails to process on our system due to technical issues, you may be eligible for a refund after verification.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- All monthly subscription payments once processed successfully
- All annual subscription payments once processed successfully
- Any custom development services after work has commenced
- Any services that have been partially or fully utilized
3. Subscription Cancellation
While you may cancel your subscription at any time, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any payments already made. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
4. Processing Failed Payments
In the rare event of a payment being deducted from your account but failing to register in our system:
- You must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date
- Provide proof of payment (transaction ID, bank statement)
- Allow 7-10 business days for investigation and resolution
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
5. No Exceptions Policy
We maintain a strict no-exceptions policy regarding refunds. This means we do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind or decision
- Failure to use the service
- Dissatisfaction with the service (we encourage you to review our product thoroughly before purchase)
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Any other circumstances not explicitly covered under failed payments
