1. Acceptance of Terms

Reading the Terms and Conditions might feel indolent, but it's essential to understanding how Tforo & its product suite works. Take a moment to review them, it will give you a clear idea of what you can expect from us when using Tforo Dyne and what we expect from you in return. This ensures a smooth and transparent experience for everyone.

2. License Grant

Tforo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its products solely for the Client's internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Usage Monitoring

We may monitor your usage of Tforo product suite to ensure compliance with these Terms and to improve the service we provide. This includes tracking how you interact with the software, what features you use, and any issues you encounter. This information is collected solely for operational purposes, including bug fixes, performance improvements, and feature enhancements.

By using Tforo product suite, you consent to such monitoring and understand that any data collected will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments

Payments for subscriptions to any of our products can be made using UPI / any other allowed payment modes. By selecting UPI as your payment method, you agree to ensure sufficient funds in your linked bank account. Subscription charges will be deducted from your UPI-linked account as per the selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.).

• You are responsible for ensuring that the UPI transaction is successful.
• Failed transactions may result in subscription suspension until payment is completed.
• Payments made via UPI are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law.

5. Billing and Invoicing

By subscribing to our product suite, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fees via UPI/any other allowed payment modes. Subscriptions will be billed on a [monthly/annual] basis, and payment will be automatically deducted from your UPI-linked account.

You will receive an invoice via email after each payment is processed, outlining the subscription charges and applicable taxes.

• Payment Method: You must provide a valid UPI ID / other valid payment mode details for recurring payments. Please ensure that your UPI / Bank account(s) has sufficient funds to avoid any interruptions in service.

6. Modification of Service

Tforo reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of Tforo's product suite at its discretion. These changes may include new features, updates, or the removal of certain functions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.

By continuing to use the service, you agree to accept the modifications, provided they do not materially alter the core functionality of the software.

7. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. Any information you provide to us through Dyne will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using Dyne, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We will take all reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of using Dyne private and secure. This includes any proprietary information, business strategies, customer data, and any other materials marked as confidential.

You agree not to disclose, share, or use any confidential information for any purpose other than as necessary for the performance of the services provided by Dyne. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the termination of this agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the User will immediately stop using our product suite and all access will be revoked.

Termination does not relieve either party from any obligations incurred before the termination date, including payment for services rendered.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tforo is dedicated to providing reliable and efficient software. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the software functions as intended and delivers value to our users.

In case of issues with the software, Tforo will work diligently to resolve problems and provide customer support during business hours.

Tforo Dyne takes data security seriously and implements industry-standard measures to protect user data. However, users are encouraged to follow best practices for maintaining the security of their accounts.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your Jurisdiction.

12. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Tforo and the User concerning the use of our product suite, and supersedes all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding this subject matter.

13. Amendments

This agreement may be changed periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify users of any significant changes to the terms and conditions via email or through the software.
